DIESEL TECHNICIAN, HEAVY TRUCK MECHANIC

Responsibilities:

Repair various Diesel engines: Cummins,Cat, Mack

Repair medium-heavy duty trucks,tractors,buses,trailers and other vehicles

Perform annual inspections and routine repair maintenance

Use diagnostic tools to troubleshoot, rebuild, replace/repair trucks.

Complete documentation of all repair orders

Evaluating completed work prior to release of vehicle to customer

Maintain a clean and safe work environment

Communicating professionally with customers, team members, and supervisors

Performing road calls and emergency services as necessary (when qualified)

Job Requirements:

Minimum (4) four years’ hands-on experience or graduate of vocational courses. DIESEL ENGINE experience is required and Heavy Duty Truck Repair.

Class A or B CDL license **Preferred but not required** Valid Driver’s License is required.

Must possess own tools.

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Able to pass pre-employment drug test and random during employment
